WARRANTY

We guarantees that your qualified product will be replaced or repaired at our option, without cost to you, should it be deemed defective because of faulty parts, workmanship, or structural defects during the first THREE (3) years of ownership, excluding specific limitations contained herein.

This guarantee is subject to the specific limitations outlined below.

What Is Covered*:

  1. We guarantee that the RELX Massage Chairs come with a Three-Year Limited Warranty (three years from date of purchase).
  1. During the FIRST year, the warranty covers free maintenance and repair for any defect in workmanship or materials.
  1. During the SECOND and THIRD year, the warranty covers the cost of parts (excluding labor).


What Is NOT Covered*:

This warranty does not cover:

  1. Any shipping expenses incurred; Theft; Abuse; Neglect; Vandalism.
  1. Damages incurred due to improper handling, dropped products, improper installation, and/or unauthorized repairs do not constitute a defect under this warranty.
  1. Modifications or altered conditions of the original product, improper use of  electrical/power supplies, electrical disturbances and power surges.
  1. Malfunctions due to improper use as well as unreasonable use or maintenance including failure to follow operating instructions.
  1. Any environmental conditions (e.g. fire, floods, rust, corrosion, sand, dirt, windstorms, hail, earthquakes, and/or tornados) or any other exposure to weather conditions.
  1. Normal wear and tear of upholstery materials is not covered, including any tearing, cracking, peeling, or damage caused by use, pressure, body weight, friction, or external force. Upholstery components are covered only for confirmed manufacturing defects for one (1) year from the date of purchase and are not covered in the second or third year.
  1. Softening / hardening of foams and filling composites in pillows and pads; Fading, wear, and pilling of fabrics does not constitute a defect under this warranty as those items naturally change with use.
  1. Natural patterns and grains and variations in leather will not constitute as a defect under this warranty, as no two pieces of fabric are identical.
  1. The warranty shall not apply if the product has been damaged physically, whether intentionally or due accident or neglect, including stains, fluids, mold, water damage, animal damage, cuts, burns or is otherwise unsanitary, and/or damaged or soiled.
  1. Products used in commercial or corporate settings.
  2. Products purchased from unauthorized dealers.


    How to Obtain Warranty Service:

    To request warranty service, please follow these steps:

    1. You must provide proof of purchase for any warranty claim.
    1. You must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA) in order to ship products to a service center.
    1. You may obtain service advice, or a RMA number by contacting the RELX Customer Support Team via CONTACT US.
    1. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

     

    *The Warranty is non-transferable. The determination of whether a failure is considered a manufacturing defect shall be made at the sole discretion of the manufacturer.
