RETURN & EXCHANGE

Return Policy

We are passionate about our products and 100% committed to your satisfaction. We stand behind all our products with a 30-day return policy. Once your return has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund, less a flat fee of $250. Refunds will be provided in the same way that the initial payment was made.

We make your return easy. There are no restocking fees or hidden charges; customers will only be responsible for a flat fee of $250, which would be the total cost if you wish to return your chair. There are no other fees if the chair with all the accessories is returned in its original packaging, with no visible marks, damage, or unauthorized modifications. 

Please simply contact our Customer Care Team by email at support@relxmassage.com or call us at 1-949-600-2278 to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number which is required for your return. 

The customer is responsible to disassemble the chair and pack it in its original packaging. Once , we'll pick up the chairs. Additional charges will apply if the chair is not returned in its original packaging.

After 30 days on receipt of the product, we will not accept any return, but provide the manufacturer Warranty Service for all the issue. Please see the Warranty Policy for details.

Return Instructions

Before returning any item for refund you must obtain a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN). Please email support@relxmassge.com with your invoice number, date of purchase, original purchaser name, the product you wish to refund, the serial number and your reason for refunding. If eligible you will be supplied with an RAN – this may take up to 72hrs. Please ensure this number is clearly visible on the external packaging to avoid your product being rejected. RANs are only valid for 15 days, after which you must re-apply so we can re-assess your eligibility.

Please pack the chair carefully to prevent damage, enclosing a copy of your proof of purchase and contact details. The chair must be returned, together with the original packaging, in the same condition as supplied to you, and where appropriate any free gifts should be included or the cost of these items will be deducted from the final refund amount.

If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully reselling condition, inclusive of full packaging, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 15% of the original selling price from the refund amount.

We will process refunds within up to 10 business days after receipt of the product.

Exchange Policy

Like our return policy, customers have 30 days to exchange their massage chair for another model. The customer is responsible for shipping fees and white glove delivery fees. We also offer an exchange of a new unit if deemed unrepairable or defective by our service team to the point replacement is needed (within 30 days). Once an exchange has taken place on a non-defective chair, it can not be returned. 

Cancellations

We usually ship the order next day, if you cancel your order after your massage chair has shipped, you will be responsible for any shipping costs and a 3% credit card processing fee.
